Advantages: There are many kinds of buffets. Besides breakfast, you can also choose a lunch or evening buffet.
Disadvantages: The facilities are old and the service consciousness is poor, especially the doorman at the entrance of the lobby. They won't take the initiative to help you with your luggage, which is not in line with the style of this hotel.
The swimming pool is very small. I went to see it once. There were many children and I didn't go swimming. I felt too many people.

Diamond Hotel is a great place to stay in the Manila Bay area and close to US Embassy and a large mall. The rooms are decent but the older ones need updating. The staff are very friendly and the food offerrings are good as well ad the pool area.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12nn. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well.
