It was a very nice stay at Hotel H2O. Front desk and staff were polite and kind. The room were sparkle and clean. Even though the restaurants inside closes at 6pm we were able to order food from grab and food panda so it was very convenient. 10/10

It's not right that your staff were laughing in front of a guest and then couldn't be approached properly. They said it would be after 10 minutes, but 15 minutes have passed and they haven't come over on their own. Ang gabok ng room na binigay nyo may kasamang bata. No choice kasi full booked kayo. Naubos nalang oras sa inyo. Common na sana sa inyo since may attraction na need attendan kaya nakabook sa inyo
