网上订的房先支付的，到后前台说没有人支付，后来弄明白了是通过旅行社订的，开房开的三楼，一出电梯没有灯差点摔倒，到前台问了为什么没灯回答说是因为三楼没人住，弄的我跟不是人的，后来给我换了四楼住下了，第二天退房时旅行社还没有把钱支付给酒店，不给退房，等了很久火车也耽误了，以后再也不这样订房了。最不顺利的一次入住。

花五星的钱住招待所的环境酒店脏、脏、脏，不推荐入住，是住过最差的酒店。

刚到酒店，就被告知没有预订，我可是收到艺龙确认短信的！和艺龙联系以后，5分钟就解决了问题，原来是酒店工作人员失误导致。一进房间，竟然没有水，前台说全市停水，可到旁边一家酒店一问，人家酒店就有水。明明是自己的水泵出了问题，还撒谎！本来要退房，可非要什么200元的过站费。再次联系艺龙，酒店才给换成了B栋房间，这里倒是有水，虽然房间很小，但也比折腾退房强点。总之，一次不太愉快的住宿经历。幸亏有艺龙帮忙，要不非生气上火不可。

1.设施陈旧，什么东西都是破旧不堪的，虽然说旧楼没有四星级的标准，只有三星级的标准，但是也达不到三星的标准。2.早餐很差，餐厅服务员都没什么服务意识。3.离市中心还算近，离火车站也近，但是要翻一座天桥，有行李的会感觉很不方便。而且火车站出来没什么清晰的标志，不熟地形根本找不到天桥的位置！4.因为紧挨着火车站的铁轨，所以非常吵！
