整体真的都不错。物超所值。只是前台有一个服务人员。怕是个傻子。我订了家庭房。双卧家庭房。办入住也说了是四个大人一个小孩儿。第一次还是给了我亲子房。故意不故意暂且不追究。服务意识呢？？还是下去换了一个服务员换了一间房。减掉的那一点点就因为服务。早餐中规中矩。没什么特色。

挺好的酒店 大堂在五层 前台的小姑娘特别好 因为没带钱包没现金 只收了我100元押金 并告诉我解决现金的方法 非常感谢 就是忘了看那个小姑娘的名字了抱歉那个小姑娘

设施陈旧，地毯极破旧，污渍太多，爬虫很多;洗漱用品极差，牙刷掉毛。金玉其外，败絮其中，名不符实，实在有违酒店等级。

一住进来我和先生就开始讨论：瓷砖品质很高（忘了拍个细节图）；插座、走廊灯、夜灯智能控制，非常人性化；家具纯实木，桌椅脚的造型恰好是我们最钟意的那种；卧室沙发颜色我喜欢、硬度先生喜欢……感觉不是住宾馆，而是装修队踩点啊。 总之非常满意。
