服务一般，我在携程旅行网上订房，当时定的是标单间138元，可等了很久没有得到酒店确认，也不见酒店来电提醒说标单间，已经订完！等我打电话酒店前台时，才表示订完了，如果早就订完了，为什么酒店不在携程网上注明该房间已订完！！服务太差！！第一时间看到订单，没有房间了，为什么不主动跟客说一下！另外选择！服务太不到位！！
