  园区充电桩只有4个，太少了。低素质车主********问界、********理想整晚通宵至早晨8点多霸占快充满，交警12123通知后仍不挪车，停车场管理混乱。

  总体感受：尚可。温泉应该是真的。但有几点意见供大家注意：1，衞生有疏忽的地方，一个枕头不知是没有换还是没清洗乾净，脏得十分显眼；一件浴袍是脏的。2，凌晨一点，楼下凉台居然有烧烤的，烟大味道大，居然被薰醒了。如果放任客人在酒店内烧烤，引起火灾后果太严重了。3，酒店搞促销是活动是在是个笑话，中餐厅100元优惠券必须消费超过200元才可以使用，折后的菜品也只值折后价，不知这促销是玩客人还是酒店自嗨。

  房间帮我们升级了园景房，房间很宽敞色调很温馨，阳台可以边泡温泉边看庭院风景，晚上开了灯很漂亮还有表演。工作人员服务超级贴心，特别是彩萍和安保经理，很负责任。离御水古温泉很近，娱乐活动很多，还去喂了小鹿，小鹿看到吃的有点太活泼了。套餐里还包含了浪漫海岸的门票和午餐，吃完在海边散散步很惬意。

  这家酒店毫无私密性，楼下就是停车场和菜地，打电话给前台説更换房间，原本定的是山景私汤房，説这是给我们升级了园景房，我不满意，需要重新调回自己定的房型，结果来的工作人员又説我们这是山景的，我无语了，没有升级我也不要求你们升级，这样骗我们説升级有什么意义呢..最终换了1楼庭院景的..总感觉这家酒店的私汤就是脱光衣服暴露在大庭广众之下让人观看泡澡.

  第三次入住茂名喜来登温泉度假酒店，酒店整体很好！园区景色优美，有温泉池，私汤水特舒服，酒店中餐厅的菜特新鲜美味服务周到快捷，前台服务员也特尽责，值得推荐的酒店
