从深圳过来放鸡岛旅游选择了这家酒店，设施还是比较先进。入住后本来挺满意的，晚上9点多竟然发现墙上有一只大蟑螂！还是会飞的！简直糟心！吓得我一身冷汗！男票打死后，叫了服务员来看，给我们换了房间。换完房间后，发现床上有两处污点，枕头旁边还有两根头发。瞬间火冒三丈，整个心情都不好了。虽然后面换了床单。但一晚上都睡得很不好。另外：1、洗澡排水不给力，水都进不去，流到满地都是。2、虽然是中秋节，酒店送月饼的心意是很感恩，但能不能不要在我们外出时私自进入房间送呢？
