真的服务态度很羞!到店后前台说预订的房间没有了，要求我加钱升房，我说这不是我的错应该是你们的问题责任由你们负!酒店答应不用加钱直接升房，等我看好了房间后下楼准备办入住手续时酒店又说我定了的房间又有了!这分明是想要我多出钱。
