酒店设施差，装修很一般，房间空气不流通，有的房间空调坏的还不知道，开给人家，人家叫她上来看看，摆着一副****的脸，语气不耐烦，****，房间空调坏叫你上来处理不是你该做的？不想做你辞职呀！网上订购比实体店贵22元，说返现不反的，还没有早餐送，凭啥到店订的就有，网上订的还比店的贵、建议大家不要订这家酒店，如家酒店跟它价钱差不多，环境设施，空气比这好太多了，值多了！不是茂名人，昨天找不到之前住过的如家酒店，才订的这家，超**后悔，本来想退的，网上订的退不了，只能委屈委屈了。大家不要订这家

网上订购比实体店贵22元不说，下单的时候说返现22元，实体店并不返现，网上订购的还没有早餐送，到店订的就有，一样的价钱凭什么呀！还有服务态度极差！空调坏了叫前台上来看，摆着一副****的脸，还说抽烟熏到她！*****，服务人员矫情什么？有哪个规定不能在房间抽烟？建议大家不要订这家酒店。房间空气非常闷不透气！坏境差！
