?位置比较好，房间也大，周围也有美食，服务也好，办理手续快，整个房间看起来很高贵，我特别喜欢大大的枕头，还有可以14点退房，能让我睡个午觉。不好的是我要的电视能看点播的电影而不是正经的地方卫视。刚好2020年新年第一天跟我的生日同一天，感谢维也纳酒店提供好的场所。谢谢

维也纳是我每次出差回来喜欢住的酒店之一，首先酒店环境卫生方面都不错，但部分前台服务态度欠缺，感觉缺少基本的酒店礼仪培训。有一次， 在我前面登记入住的住客的穿着可能不是很整洁，然后前台看起来就有些不耐烦的样子，当事人介不介意我不知道，但确实影响到了在他后面排队的住客的入住心情；还有，前台打电话来客房的时候连你好、请问这些最基本的问候语都不用，直接就跟我说事！我感觉有点不尊重人，因为你打扰到了我休息，还很没礼貌！

都挺好的.。床和枕头都是很舒服的。乳胶床垫。和荞麦枕乳胶枕。感觉很不错。但是行政房跟豪华房差不多。就是浴室大一点。性价比不错。早餐丰富。是本地人的早餐。前台接待服务也比较周到。外面就是酒吧一条街。适合旅游和回家探亲。下次还会再来的。。
