1、周边环境。就在大马路旁边，你懂的；
2、硬件设施。如图，洗手台都快长霉了，能清理一下吗？墙体和天花板有裂缝，能处理一下吗？会不会掉下来？空调漏水。。。进房的时候一股油烟味。
3、服务态度。朋友提前来，想换房，按规定是不能换，但也不能这样的态度吧？一副日天样，到前台时，一副爱理不理的样子，来看你脸色的？住得太憋屈了！
