大堂人员基本是无脑值班 我订了两晚 入住的时候前台跟我说400是房费加押金 第二晚的时候另外一个大堂客服又说第一晚收的是一晚的钱加押金 然后要再交钱 要不是我房间里有贵重物品在 直接就退了 真糟糕的一次体验

建议酒店房间每天赠送两瓶饮用水，这已经是行业惯例了。不必多高端，就送超市卖一元以下的瓶装饮用水就行！
