酒店还不错，每次都住，但是这次前台服务态度太差，因为带有小孩，下午想开终点房，就两三个小时，就问了房价，说120，就问可以少吗，结果前台直接说就120，没少，态度也差，自己做自己的，根本就不会对着客人说，还有退房，我们两间房，先退一间，没有退押金，最后去退房，居然说我们为什么前面的那间房不退押金，感觉像我们骗他们一样，态度很不友好，这样的服务态度给人感觉就很差，
