  已成功预订的单人豪华房，酒店却说没有房了，同意给我们升级房间，入住房间后发现就是普通标间，酒店说的升级实际暗箱操作却是降级房间，价格一个是280，一个是210，能一样吗，房间设施就更简单了，陈旧不说，卫浴也不好用，酒店比较坑。
