外环境好。房间有点潮，有很大的味道。无纱窗，蚊子多！没有选择的选择，柳江酒店整体水平都差！

位置优越，江景不错，酒店整体算是柳江最好的吧。但是酒店细节做得非常不够，首先是没安纱窗，蚊子很多，其次，房间挺潮的，床都有点潮，酒店也没准备电热毯。酒店人手也不够，早餐没有，清洁也不到位。总之，性价比差了些，现在淡季，这个价位可以住五星酒店了。不过柳江也确实没什么好酒店可选，将来将就吧！

提前5天就预订成功而且已经确认了的。结果今天办理入住了，酒店告知艺龙没给他们打过电话，不知道这个订单。于是给艺龙打电话，艺龙说让我取消后重新下带担保的订单，在我明确告知艺龙客服“不要给我取消这单，等我跟酒店沟通过后再说”的情况下，强行把订单给我改成信用卡担保的了。。。。。。（我人都到店办理入住了，你还给我取消原订单，改成信用卡担保是个什么意思？？？
