前台服务人员态度差，到店要涨房价，拒绝接艺龙电话，把手机扔到一边，告诉客人她们很忙，一副你爱住不住的样子。吵了一架后才和艺龙电话沟通，办理入住。下午又打电话来告知去前台补交押金，不然就调监控。做为店方应该自己调监控查看清楚情况在通知客人，这样才有理有据，而不是自己帐兑不起就先让客人来补交。后来察看监控录像发现客人交了押金也不及时来电话道歉，想诬陷谁就诬陷谁的一副大姐大的样子。老板的亲戚介绍来工作的就了不起吗？严重影响客人心情。

入住登记服务人员态度差，艺龙订价比挂牌价低，酒店不愿意低价入住，说这是艺龙的原因造成的。艺龙来电话给酒店沟通，酒店接待人员在提醒下依然不愿意接电话，把电话扔到一边，开始为其他客人办理。
