酒店环境不错，很适合亲子游，就是服务有待提高，一是房间门缝比较大不隔音，隔壁打呼都能听见；二是门口没有门童服务，半天无人理睬，去喊了才有人来拿行李；第三，也是最离谱的是30度居然房间不开空调，提了几次意见才送冷风，也不是这样节约用电的吧，实在不是五星级酒店的档次。唯一值得表扬的是餐厅，服务很好，自助餐都随时有人在关心和询问客人感受。

1.有夜间地灯，有床头单独小照明，两样考虑周到。
2.卫生间内有独立的浴缸和淋浴房，热水很快出水。
3.服务员态度还好，但是个别环节的业务不熟，需加强。
