C区热水有问题，只能先洗10分钟，烧30分钟后再用，果断加200元升级到B3，园区内有各类客栈，所以酒店其实是公寓型酒店，没有大堂。硬件设施略显旧，长期留在沙发和地毯上的污渍清理不干净了，床上用品还比较干净。温泉没有任何味道，和热水澡差不多，关键是管理和配套条件不好，连个浴袍的挂钩都没有，公用的拖鞋与浴袍浴巾质感都很一般，和高档酒店不匹配，不如山脚下的红珠山温泉。

春节期间人多到不行，退房排队都排了好长时间，园区很大，靠走路的话不太方便，车位倒是蛮多的，早餐比较凑合，亮点的温泉也比较一般，可能是人太多的原因，池里的水很浑，没有华生的温泉好
