酒店入住率低，没几辆车。第一，房间臭味很重，经分析是浴室地漏散发出来的下水道臭味，本可以更换隔绝下水道异味的地漏，但却没有；第二，二楼餐厅严重漏水，顶部发霉却不修理，放置几个塑料盆在那里接水，头一次看见这样凑活经营的宾馆；第三，隔音效果差，半夜一楼KTV的歌声连绵不绝。总之，老板没有花心思在经营酒店，是要歇业转行吗？
