我们四个家庭住了四间商务套房，十月一日人住，十月二日退房，微信担保的房费，但是回来后担保的房费一直没退还，找艺龙网客服了解，客服说酒店说我们没有入住退不了，我报了入住房号和姓名，结果一直纠缠到六号才退还担保的钱，都不知道酒店是怎么管理的，提醒大家一定要跟酒店拿发票，差评！

酒店环境还是不错的，就是服务人员态度不咋滴！有一个杯子找不到非说是我拿的，结果她们自己找到了，呵呵，这种管理，要不是丰顺的酒店不多，我不想去这酒店
