住的：酒店设备还不错，但是地板是瓷砖，立马档次降低了好多，卫生看起来干净，但是上厕所的时候，居然厕所里有蜈蚣。。。。。这点是肯定就是杀虫做得不好，很严重！\br\br吃的：自助餐东西都好难吃，只有现煎的稍微好点，其他的都不好吃，而且都要抢的，稍微慢点去拿就什么都拿不到，那些冰冷海鲜更加难吃，花螺有很大的腥味，吃了一个差点吐出来，蛋糕也不好吃，全部都硬硬的。\br\br温泉：温泉就很赞，池子都不错，服务员的态度也不错，会主动给你倒姜水，会提醒你，温泉环境也不错。

酒店非常棒！温泉好舒服啊，可惜只能泡一次。酒店设施也很好，还有小冰箱，还有早餐也不错。感觉是梅州最好的温泉酒店了。 以后有钱还会再来这里度假的！棒！
