很不满意的一间酒店，挂牌五星级，民居或公寓的水平，订了半山的生态别墅房，窗户是对着停车场的，不拉窗帘外面可以看进去。且不说没浴缸房间小这些小事情了，酒店在山上，山下只有一部观光车接送，参观完景区出来准备回房间，酒店服务人员让我们大堂坐，会叫我们，一直等了半小时，看了两趟车走了，原来要抢才能上观光车，没人排队没人管理，，五星级酒店居然要玩抢凳子才能回房间，醉了，完全没管理，不断有客人和酒店服务人员吵架。这水平的五星级....回来洗澡居然没热水，水温可能只有10几度，打电话问前台怎么回事，被告知由于住客多没办法，热水供应不上，只能晚点洗。一家人等到12点还是没热水，迅速洗了个冰浴，孩子被冻感冒了....深圳开了5个多小时过来的度假旅行....这个酒店和善良淳朴的梅州客家人格格不入，从观光车司机到酒店门童，服务态度生硬礼貌缺乏，酒店设施也完全不行，游泳池也没有开放，入住时房间门口还堆了一堆床单垃圾把门都堵了，哎，觉得不可思议，是我要求高了吗？到此一游，再游可能性不大，也不会推荐身边朋友来。

非常好，环境好，服务好，尤其是温思宇先生，服务态度好，热情还很有亲和力。因为带个小孩，行李多又重。我都不好意思给他拿，他一直抢着拿。非常感谢
