服务非常非常的好，2大1小，前台接待的帅哥还帮我送了小朋友的早餐，订了两晚，但入住就已经忍不住来点评点赞了，来比8点多，没出去吃饭，直接在房间点餐，味道不错，价钱也适中，反正就是好，下次来或朋友来梅州一定推荐

十几年没回过梅州，这次是陪妈妈回老家走走，专门挑了豪生品牌的酒店，果然不负所望，非常棒！酒店地理位置优越，环境舒适豪华，房间宽敞明亮整洁，最值得一提的是，酒店人员的服务相当热情贴心！Emily Lai非常nice，认真解决客人居住期间的问题！还有Tina Chen等前台接待人员都热情有礼 甜美可爱！大大地赞????我还会再来的 豪生酒店！

酒店空调问题实在要说一下，外面温度20度，房间内部温度设在25度，不能自己手调，中央控制，晚上住在里面就像桑拿一样闷热，就算开窗了也没用！一觉起来衣服都湿了，实在难受！希望酒店不要因为这个问题影响了主客的满意度！谢谢！

酒店设计非常时尚，既舒适又温馨。无论是清洁工还是餐厅服务员，服务都热情周到；当我们办理入住登记的时候得到一个意外的惊喜：行政大床房升级为高级套房，谢谢林小姐的关照，也非常感谢前台的另一位美女服务员，名字忘记看了，不好意思哦！感谢酒店给予了我们这么舒适的享受，祝酒店生意兴隆！以后再来梅州就认定这家酒店了！
