房间舒适，也算挺干净。热水和冷气给力。周边也挺多食店商场什么的。酒店二楼餐厅的服务员态度有待提高。还有就是停车位少了点。

第一次去梅州，那里的人，那里城市的交通秩序，不爱抢车道，不乱鸣喇叭，不论汽车还是摩托车，开了一个小时竟然听不到一声喇叭。饮食也不错。这个酒店的窗口还可以看到梅州机场，交通便利。

不能和五星的比较，要求不高我较满意，前台服务好，入住的房间由于刚洗地毯有异味，马上换另外的房间，附近有酒楼店铺，方便
