酒店位置好，环境好，出去就有河景，房间环境很好，舒适，而且在酒店洗手间发现一个细节。真的很贴心。住五星都没有发现过这种细节。让人宾至如归。

前台服务态度真的不是一般的差，问多一句立马黑脸，真无语，晚上11点停电，这么热的天停电，好吧，打电话问什么时候能来电，空调能开，回复不知道，说有电工在修理，过了半个钟再打电话问空调好了没，没好的话可否给个电扇，态度很差的直接说不知道，让我们体谅，说不住的话可以退钱，我去，这是钱的问题吗？带着孩子，大暑假的，热的要死，什么都答复不了，态度还这么差，真无语，大家真的不要住这家！
