厕所洗澡的地方是浴缸，一般出行不会用浴缸，然后洗澡只能站在浴缸里洗澡…服务态度真的也太差了！昨天入住的时候前台手忙脚乱，我说要早餐券两个人然后说我一个人登记只能拿一个券，我朋友的券要等我朋友来了才能拿，早餐我满怀期待下去吃，但是没什么吃的，退房的时候1.40多分打电话 然后我们没接到 下一分钟就打回去了结果一直没接 前台的电话我昨天打也是打两遍才接 后来过了几分钟直接敲我们的门…今天晚上回去拿中午寄存的行李 前台一直在讲电话 我们站在前台都没理我们 我们车到了我很着急要拿我就自己拿了！！结果前台别了我一眼！我还没走到门口 他就很大声把前台的那个门给关了！！！！！！我真的住了梅州这么多酒店 第一次遇到服务态度这样的！！！！！

第一次到叶剑英元帅的故乡，这次住的酒店挺好的，干净卫生，交通方便，停车也方便，因为三楼有KTV，所以，对睡觉需要安静的人，可以要求前台安排较高楼层，早餐也很好，十点前就餐。
