体验太差，一般都是五星好评，这次实在太差了。一般酒店都是下午两点退房，他是一点，而且都不打电话提醒，过了一点就直接锁房门；2点的时候去退房结果多收了半天的房，呵呵，四间房多收700多，而且前台服务态度比较差。只能给差评
