好冤，退房时服务员说开了房间里的矿泉水，特意跑上去，看了，的确开了。本人保证没用酒店矿泉水，问了朋友也说没有。因为酒店房间的矿泉水一瓶5元，所以我们自己买了矿泉水。前台服务员服务态度还好，但说是要她们付这个5元钱，看她们也不容易，就付了这个5元钱，但心有不甘！第一，矿泉水进货就是1元钱左右，第二，我们真的没有喝！早知道，入住的时候就要认真检查放在房间里的东西。不然被冤枉了！不过，以后不会入住这家酒店了。为何这样便宜的矿泉水不赠送？我想，住房价格高一些客人也会接受的。给客人方便才是提高服务水平和服务感知，给客人良好的感受才是真正的经营之道！
