外地定的，因为行程改变，酒店都不让退订单，也没个客服出来解决延期也行啊，没去住，完了订单还写着已入住 已离店 心寒～～～～～～ 真的很不满意。别的酒店因为特殊情况都能退订。补点费用就行。没住花了接近四百真的让人难受。

酒店服务非常的好，前台的礼宾员（我配了照片），服务非常主动，热情周到，给我留下了深刻的印象，豪华双床房是两个大床，房间非常宽敞，房间设施非常好，卫生也很不错，非常遗憾的是酒店刚刚开张，游泳池还没有开放。

准备第二天去客天下游，所以选择较近的白天鹅，房间挺大，热水充足，早餐也挺丰盛，说说不足，楼下的工地噪音大，窗门卡壳了关不上，试了一下拉不动，怕太用力掉下去砸到人，空调很古怪，感觉没降到所调节的温度就停止送冷，一会再启动时噪音很大，影响休息，被子盖太热，不盖又冷，体验一般。

新酒店，李经理的服务值得点赞！大堂大气，床够大，干净。早餐很丰富，地下停车场设计合理。建议浴室加个放浴巾架子。
