一开始觉得酒店一般，服务差，不过后面发现酒店服务人员的素质很好！首先入住被卡是因为携程没有传真订单过去所以他们硬挤了两间房出来（虽然没优惠不过能住已经不错了）；其次晚上10点多楼下一直有人唱k（规划不太好，ktv和住宿在同一栋）想着还没睡不管他，结果等到睡下了还一直唱，11:30忍无可忍打电话接待处投诉，过了15min（三首歌）就没唱了，第二晚也没人唱，点个赞；最后是早餐，因为有事的缘故要7:30吃，结果早餐券写着7:00-10:00供应，而早餐点7:30居然没人在。当时就怒了。不过东西挺实在的，现点现做虽然慢点，但实在。综上，酒店服务不错！全五星，希望越改越好。
