度假村环境很好，空气非常清新，适合休闲度假。酒店的自助早餐品种非常丰富，超爱他们的腌面，度假村里的银湖大酒店菜品的非常地道，色香味全，我们在外头农家乐吃了一次后，就一直在酒店吃了。宾馆的服务非常细致，可惜卫生间有点小，转身时好几次头都撞在浴巾架上，还好那个浴巾架松了只是搭在墙上而已，人没事却吓了一跳。连续睡了2晚，在第2天要退房时，赫然发现被子上竟然有几点血迹！不知道是哪批客人留下的，晕死！

酒店随坐落在雁鸣湖景区内，但设施比较陈旧，关键是服务质量很低劣，特别是对通过网络预订房间的客人毫无游客至上的服务意识。我是在艺龙订的房间，原来的套餐内容包含50元的游乐场活动券，可等我2月6日到了酒店以后，前台服务人员却只是给了一张水上高尔夫练习票（总共10球），与承诺不匹配，反应情况后，服务人员冷面以对，还说让我自己与艺龙联系，与酒店没关系。。。7日动身前再次催问此事，仍然置若罔闻，于是我的回答就是——差评！！！
