一进门就有一股味道。房间的床品应该是没有更换，上面有各种污渍。跟酒店协调，不同意退房。所以，这种强硬不同意退房的酒店就是存在问题，不然房子好，还怕没有消费客户吗？虽然不同意退房，我们还是直接把房卡扔前台了，我们宁愿损失，也不会再住下去了，住的话，心里肯定总犯隔应。这是这次出行唯一入坑的地方，也是多年来在携程入住，唯一给差评的一单。希望店家以后能做好衞生，做好服务。

This hotel is just next to Jonker Street, and have parking available which is a plus as the street are very narrow and mostly one way. Their parking space also have 2 EV charging station, FYI. Nice hotel to chill and enjoy the old Nyonya heritage houses refurbish as a hotel. Will definitely stay here again in my next trip.

房间衞生很差，不仅枕头发黄，而且还有明显没洗乾净的印迹和一根长头发，房间还散发着臭脚味。我跟媳妇都是和衣而眠，不堪回首。

酒店位于古城中心的老街上，与鸡场街相隔一条街，走到荷兰红屋只需几分钟，位置不错。酒店本身就是一座历史老宅，保存了很多古董家俱。房间和早餐都一般。

酒店很有特色，但是房间有点不太行，
洗浴没有热水，水放了十分钟以上都没有，只能洗冷水，导致我轻感冒变重感冒??设施挺旧了，空调很响，然后住了两晚，衞生是打扫了，牙刷啥的水啥的都没给我放新的，这点有点小气，前面迎宾的那些人超级好，下雨天还帮挡伞，会打招呼，真的超级好，如果下次有机会再来马六甲还会选择这家，希望不足之处可以改正！！
