办退房手续时，被告知发票没有了，需11月8日才能将发票寄出来。结果回单位后，才知如果按照收到住宿发票的时间j就错过了报账时候，所有费用自己承担，无语。

第一次来重庆，这家酒店晚上还是挺安静的，到大学里面办事情非常方便，有2元的小车可以坐，出去的话走到步行街也就五分钟，6号线地铁口也是走路能到的。2号门对面有很多吃东西的地方。建议酒店早餐丰盛点，感觉都没什么吃的～其他服务人员都挺热心的，对重庆非常有好感了！

在西南大学校区来里，一家标准的三星酒店，规模比较大，装修的也是中规中矩，就是防水没做好，内墙返潮，影响了酒店的档次。在周边是最好的一家，有地下车库，停车方便，酒店对面的火锅味道正宗，还有永辉超市，购物方便。下次还会光顾。
