Hotel is in a great location! Really pretty as you walk in, the pool and sauna is good. Our twin room was a bit small and the bathroom sink didn’t drain well, but it was all very clean and well priced. Housekeeping didn’t make one of our beds, and only did mine which was a bit strange!

I’m in Melbourne for Australian Open. This hotel has the best location either going to the slam or getting around cbd. A minus side is the hallway seems a bit dusty.

酒店地理位置绝佳，就在挨着town hall旁边，去市区哪里都可以步行到达，酒店虽然是三星而且是在老房子里，设施都很新，床很软，还有小冰箱，唯一不足就是人多的时候网络不是太好，但不影响评分！

Great location, just around the corner from Melbourne Town Hall where I was to see the SB19 concert.
Lukewarm, no reaction, uncaring reception upon arrival, but straighforward and professional enough. The location for me was unbeatable. The hotel itself was clean, confortable and sufficient. Nothing to rave about, and nothing to complain about, except it felt like going through a maze finding my room.

Housekeepers are wonderful but can’t say much to the lazy receptionist ladies. The old Aussie ladies at the reception are lazy and arrogant. Very bad attitude. The hotel is a real labyrinth, good luck on finding your room because no one will tell you how. They have quit often power outages. One day a good was entering every single room to take the lights card in the rooms. He said he’s working here but can you just nock the doors and wait for somebody to open the door instead of entering all rooms.
