酒店环境不错，设施也还是很新，但是抽水马桶有问题，房间电话没声音，电视机信号不好。酒店餐厅德东西一般但定价过高，供应分量也少

酒店在景区里面这大家都知道了，确实景区里面就很贵，但是贵不能光是凭你是在景区里面的啊，设施你要好吧，服务你要好吧，用餐你要好吧，可是都不好，房间真的很小，用餐还不去中学里面的食堂，屁热屁热的，还是超市袋装的熟食，地方偏远食物难运好嘛理解，关键你贵的要死好吧，刚入住把东西放下门关好准备休息一下，突然房间被工作人员用房卡打开了还带了客人来看房，太无语了，没有什么可以说的，景区里面因为结冰也只有两个地方开放，除了原始森林的景色没有什么看头，上面的服务站也是撇的伤心，景色还是多好的就是配套设施真的太撇咯，真的希望好好改进或许能带来更多人来
