很不好，开房间前就问了有热水没有，说有，入住后发现没有打电话问前台，前台说热水坏了在抢修，我和孩子们去山上玩了回来，一身的泥和汗，等到晚上12点都没有来热水，打电话问前台又说早上来。想想早上去洗吧！早上10点多还是没有热水，再问前台说师傅还在抢修，这个速度抢修到几点啊……到我们中午走的时候还是没有热水。所谓的早饭就是给你送来两个价值一块钱的酸奶，几个达利园小面包，跟窝火，你没有热水可以解释，我要么退房要么在外找澡堂，各种拖延和骗，只能给超级差评差评……
