我住那么多的酒店，就这家最坑，一般正常都是破坏酒店的基础设施才赔钱的，一张房卡搞丢了都要这么多钱，在成都也是不小心搞丢了都不要钱，我还特意问了其他酒店的，你家的房卡真值钱，备用卡要个毛钱，卡坏了不是要亏死。
