环境不是很好，应该只有花开的季节生意比较好，酒店设施设备不是很好，很多窗户不能上锁，一个人住，感觉不是很安全

这个价格住这种房间，我真点只能呵呵，还不如七天、速8这种连锁酒店，而且服务员态度超级差，有一个很高的楼梯，我们的行李箱不帮提，叫他帮忙提下，他说没这个服务，餐厅的天麻鸡汤千万不要点，一股臭味，腊肉排骨超级咸，去看辛夷花不要住哪里，在山底坐缆车上去看了就行了！还有现在花只开了几朵！

酒店硬件设施太差，空调一晚上没热风，最重要的是酒店在所谓的景区里面（其实景区售票处就在酒店门外），住这家酒店就必须买景区门票，停车还要另外付费，坑！
