空调是坏的，打电话叫前台前台半天没有理，跑下去找前台结果半天才来了个保洁阿姨，弄了半天说是坏的，就想问可不可以换，前台说没有办法，就给了我们一床被子，结果我们2个人半夜冷的半死。还有，中途还接到房间电话打来的骚扰电话。。。。。。房间还有不知名的动物骨头（墙角）。
