价格低，房间小设施旧，这两者绝对属于因果关系，不过墙壁脏有蟑螂，理应柔软白净的浴巾已经转化成粗糙僵硬的浅灰色，这个就不应该和价格挂钩了吧。个人认为，可以旧，但不应该脏才对路子。
地下停车很方便，床垫舒服。因为房间小，开了空调就觉得凉，关了立马感觉热，始终没找到一个舒服的契合点。
早餐很简单，有鸡蛋，粥，豆浆，花卷，土豆丝，咸菜，炸花生米，能吃饱。用餐要走楼梯到31层，带老人的话可能多有不便，不过视野非常好。
前台办理入住和退房的两个小姑娘，态度都很好，吃早餐时，工作人员也热情打招呼，说实话，服务态度上真的很不错，单这一项的话完全可以打五分。
