首先房间总体一般，特别浴室窗台居然用最便宜的塑料薄膜糊的，窗台还有一大块是空的，外面都能看见浴室。最重要的是除了房门链之外，房门居然是不能反锁的，客房来了，竟不以为然，说有监控怕啥。在强烈要求下换了房间。因为时间太晚和满房的问题，没有能住到之前常住的周围几个酒店，现在看来，终于知道为什么这经常空房的原因了。做服务行业还是用点心。总之不会来第二次了。

房间设施陈旧，服务态度有待提高，到店时保安安排在酒店门口停车位停好车，没想到晚上快12点了，前台竟然打电话到房间让我把车停到后面的小区里，还说如果不去，被砸了玻璃概不负责，那时我们都已经睡着了，相当无语。试想车停在酒店门前停车位里，从前台到车位就隔着个玻璃门，车玻璃还有被砸的风险，这绵阳市的治安该要有多糟？这酒店该有多么的不负责任？
