其实酒店本身一般，虽然达不到所谓4星，倒也还干净整洁，温泉也还不错，但恐怖的是，我还没有退房，她们的服务员就直接冲到我房间去拆床单被罩了，当我外出回到房间去拿遗留物品的时候，发现服务员正在房间忙，我开始还以为走错房间了，结果服务员给我的解释是：我看你房间没有行李了。我竟无语！然后到前台去退房，前台员工也不置可否，因我着急出发没有过多追问，但700多的房间配这样的经历，是再也不敢去住这酒店了。全部如实描述，给想去罗浮山泡温泉的朋友一点参考，他们家温泉对外，可以在他们家泡温泉，去别家住宿！
