定的小窗，跟没窗子一样，房间较压抑，外部噪音大，过车都很大声音，地下停车场，需要减肥停车。总之一般吧，实在算不上高档型呵呵。五楼ktv挺贵，建议不去，绵阳地区很少有这个价格。三楼宴遇酒店饭菜味道不错，小贵。整体来看，凑合。
