外面是条河，看外面环境不错，住了5天，每天都忘放东西，我这个是家庭房，第二天就放一块浴巾，第三天干脆一块浴巾也没有了，打电话才送来一块，里面的咖啡就第一天有，后来几天就没有了，给人感觉是故意的，服务嘛这个价格还能接受吧

外面是条河，看外面环境不错，住了5天，每天都忘放东西，我这个是家庭房，第二天就放一块浴巾，第三天干脆一块浴巾也没有了，打电话才送来一块，里面的咖啡就第一天有，后来几天就没有了，给人感觉是故意的，服务嘛这个价格还能接受吧

节日堵车到酒店已经快九点了，前台那个忙呀，尽管办理入住的客人很多，但只有一名前台人员在场，客人们只能排着队等吧……再就是明明定的豪华双床（资料显示是10-12楼），却给安排在了七楼，质疑前台弄错没有，前台给出肯定答案，该房是豪华房，图一就是七楼房间里拍的实景照，看看里面的沙发等物件和舒适房一样，而且楼下KTV能想象会有多吵闹，提出异议后再次要求换房，好在解决了，勉强满意

酒店周边环境挺好，早餐也不错，自驾停车有车库，电梯直通地下车库，非常方便。住的很舒适，窗外就是涪江，一览无余。
