真的不推荐。酒店不在主城，属于高水这边。卫生一般，入住后发现床头柜脚有烟灰，床单也不是新换的。房间设施是重点，很普通，最最意外是中央空调，有风没温度，这个体验在大冷天简直是太深刻了。拨打服务电话，遥控指导，让客人自己操作，就是重启、重启、再重启，然并卵。最后回复空调工来修来了，弄半天还是没辙，推口说有空机漏水导致通风没温度，但空机所在客房有客人，不同意进去维修。只有作罢了，说起来房费倒是只小200元，但这个缺陷直接败给普通小宾馆。或者说凤凰御庭只是挂酒店的名，实质还是家“旅馆型宾馆”。老板得多学学别的好评酒店是怎么做的啊。确实不值得推荐。
