作为一个四星级酒店，环境、服务、设施还有整洁程度简直差得可怕！靠近火车站，随时有非常响的鸣笛声，关了窗也没用！床上用品非常脏，睡下就浑身发痒！4、5楼还是KTV，与所有客房共用电梯，导致电梯里全是烟酒味道！住在10楼，走廊味道也非常难闻！再也不会光临！
