位置好，性价比高，但总台一女接待员服务意识差，而二名男接待员服务态度好。我们通过艺龙订了3个房间，大约12点到达酒店，被那女接待员告知：要16点才能有房间，我们拿着行李，与她商量，先开一个房间，但她仍然坚持没有房间；还是另二个男接待员比较好，马上联系，为我们先安排了一个房间，让我们先住了下来。我们将以上情况速与艺龙联系，即解决了问题，我们表示感谢，但对此女接待员表示不满。希望酒店应加强教育和管理。

还是挺不错的酒店,我也是经常住这家酒店酒店还是挺了解的,内部环境也还不错,服务还可以,位置还是挺好找的,性价比还行,总体感觉还是挺好的酒店.

5年前到绵阳都是住的这家酒店，这次入住感觉桃源老了，酒店的设施太旧了，从大堂到餐厅，从楼道到客房都太旧了，卫生服务还算可以。若酒店不重新装修不推荐入住。
