前台櫃檯接待人員服務非常好，很快協助同行的家人安排在同一樓層，需求的嬰兒床也都很快就送到，房間空間及衛浴蠻大的，但是電視螢幕稍嫌小了點，B1的游泳池和水療spa非常棒，不算大，但是很乾淨舒適，地理位置普通，但是離苗栗唯一的購物中心蠻近的，開車5分鐘，早餐菜色一般

早餐还不错，我们九点多一行五人下去餐厅指引我们去另外的餐厅吃，说是位置不够，餐厅确实小了点。其他都不错，服务态度极好，酒店设施也很齐全。适合度假。适合带孩子去。酒店有停车场
