最奇葩的经历：带老人小长假入住，先是房间没有打扫干净，地上全是脚印。后来又在老人房间发现硕大一只老鼠，把老同志吓得不轻！当时已经晚上9点多了，酒店服务员才见惯不怪的换了一间看不见风景的所谓vip给老人！立马打了携程电话投诉，同意退房费。另外，这酒店早餐差什么的我也无力吐槽了，关键是服务人员太差劲，没有服务意识，一问三不知！完全辜负了这么青山绿水的环境！后来听出租司机说这酒店还有蛇出没，想想都后怕，想来的人请慎重考虑……！

酒店挺好的，评论里所有的问题差评都没遇到！在大山头上，能有这样的酒店，非常的不容易了！酒店服务也是不错的！

我们10个大人加1个小孩子共11人一起入住，共订了五套房，大家享受了难忘的快乐时光：首先弥勒弘悦湖森林度假酒店坐落于大自然之中、风景秀丽怡人，（每套房间都独立于树林中）是一个天然大氧巴。其次房间里设施一应俱全，电视、电脑、办公桌椅、休闲桌椅及卫浴设施一应齐全，淋浴及浴盆都有，热水方便，床上还用浴巾造型了可爱的小动物，很温馨。再次酒店看到我们有一小孩，特地安排了一间有小床的房间，贴心！第二天的早餐有米线、馒头、豆浆、粥、红薯和煮鸡蛋，真好！另外：我们的车也停在酒店大堂外面也很方便。本来拍了许多关于酒店的照片，可我不会传图，只有作罢了。好想再去享受！
