回到酒店都是熟悉的面孔，管家的一声问候，一杯热茶，瞬间找到回家的感觉。每天在此品茗，观景，享受避世桃源般的清幽，在鸟语花香中感受五星私人管家服务。酒店的管理也是值得称赞的，据我观察，每天早餐时段都有管理人员在门口向客人问好，询问入住体验，而且重视程度和行动能力堪称一流，之前提到的泡池边没有晾晒衣服的地方、客房迷你吧缺少酒精类饮品，这次都有了，最大的改变是两张床的房间增多了，而且月度台二楼房间增加了一张大床，以后一家人来就再也不用分开住了，非常棒。

这次从普者黑回来本来是要回家给小朋友过生日，路过弥勒老爷子想泡温泉就又来了天邑。晚饭后回到房间，发现房间被管家布置过，还赠送了一大个冰雪奇缘的蛋糕，小朋友太开心了，嚷着明年还要约着好朋友一起来这里过生日。后来跟管家聊天才知道，管家在跟小朋友聊天时得知小朋友喜欢冰雪奇缘，专门为她定制了一个冰雪奇缘的生日蛋糕（非常感谢，太有心了）。在天邑，让人流连忘返的不仅仅是美景，更多的是贴心管家让你感受到家人般的温暖与关怀。
